The new allocation of funding for training and vocational qualifications for the next year will enhance the opportunities for those in work and those seeking work, to expand their skills and gain recognition for their knowledge and abilities. This will benefit both the employers and the employees. Crystal Professional Development is continuing to grow to meet the needs of our partners, employers and those seeking qualifications.


Northern Ireland - Our new Belfast Centre and training suite has been offically opened by Sir Reg Empey, Northern Ireland Minister for Employment and Learning. The event was well attended by local business and community leaders who have partnered with CPD to deliver flexible work based learning and development.

Formerly known as Branas Isaf Training, CPD has over 15 years experience in providing specialist vocational training and qualifications to clients across the UK.

Thanks to our customer-driven, tailor-made approach and commitment to quality, we are widely recognised as the leading training provider to the Health and Social Care sector.

We also provide skills training, management training and sales training to a range of other industries, including Customer Service, Business and Administration, Management and Security Services.

Many of the courses we offer are fully funded. We have access to 100% funding from the Welsh Assembly Government and provide free consultation and support on sources of funding such as Train to Gain. Much of this funding has been set up with help from our own Funding Team.
